Job Description

  • Take ownership of revenue, shipment volume, and commercial performance across nationwide kiosk network.
  • Develop and execute network expansion strategies, identifying new locations and business opportunities across Vietnam.
  • Evaluate new kiosk locations, prepare business cases, and assess investment returns.
  • Monitor kiosk performance, optimize profitability, and implement initiatives to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and develop kiosk teams while ensuring consistent service quality and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing retail operations and daily service activities.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes and operational coordination.
  • Ability to monitor performance and respond to operational issues.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and operational information.
  • Capability to coordinate with internal stakeholders on retail activities.
