Job Description

As a Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Leading and mentoring the sales team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Director should have:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, with significant exposure to carton box packaging, corrugated packaging, paper packaging, or related industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Chinese and English are mandatory.
  • A proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve challenging targets.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and generating actionable insights.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
