Job Description

Bac Giang / Bac Ninh

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Air Freight Sales, with a strong track record of business development.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam's industrial and freight forwarding landscape, particularly across the Northern market.
  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
  • Foreign nationals are welcome, with TRC and Work Permit sponsorship available.



Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City

  • 3+ years of proven freight forwarding sales experience, covering Ocean and/or Air Freight.
  • Established customer portfolio and strong network of shippers, importers, exporters, or other logistics customers highly preferred.
  • Good professional English; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.



Cambodia

  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding or cross-border logistics sales, with a strong commercial track record.
  • Open to experienced Cambodian sales professionals and Chinese-speaking expatriates with relevant local market exposure.
  • Strong understanding of Cambodia's customs procedures and cargo flows.
  • Foreign nationals are welcome, with TRC and Work Permit sponsorship available.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience or knowledge in transport and distribution.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Capability to work independently and meet sales targets.
