Job Description

As a Senior Quality Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing supplier quality performance and driving 8D corrective actions.
  • Leading supplier audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting customer complaints, RMAs, and quality issue resolution.
  • Driving APQP/PPAP, qualification, and NPI quality activities.
  • Managing supplier change control (PCN) and process validations.
  • Supporting ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, and QMS maintenance.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, engineering, sourcing, and operations teams to improve quality, yield, and product reliability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:

  • 5+ years of quality engineering experience, including 3+ years in Supplier Quality Management (SQE).
  • Strong knowledge of 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans.
  • Experience managing supplier quality issues, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Background in electronics, connectors, or precision manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with stamping, plastic molding, and assembly processes.
  • Strong English communication and ability to work with cross-functional global teams.
  • Experience supporting NPI/product launches, customer complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives.
