Job Description

    • Lead the overall service operations, projects, and business development activities in Vietnam.
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
    • Identify new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and secure project wins.
    • Oversee service partners and support networks to ensure effective warranty, maintenance, and service delivery.
    • Manage escalated customer issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees while fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Ensure operational excellence, quality standards, and compliance with company policies, EHS requirements, and local regulations.

The Successful Applicant

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial, engineering, service, project management, or commercial leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of leading teams, driving business growth, and delivering operational results.
    • Experience within construction, building solutions, HVAC, M&E, industrial equipment, or related sectors; HVAC experience is a strong advantage.
    • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Commercially driven, customer-focused, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Salesforce, and related business tools.
    • Capable of leading a young, high-potential team of 9 employees in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
    • Reports directly to the Country Managing Director.
