Job Description

As a Sr. Manager, Footwear Product Creation, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead footwear product creation activities from concept through to production readiness.
  • Coordinate engineering and manufacturing activities to deliver footwear products in line with agreed requirements.
  • Guide product development plans to keep footwear creation work organised and on track.
  • Work with relevant teams to resolve product creation issues and maintain delivery progress.
  • Review product development outputs and ensure they meet defined product requirements.
  • Align technical product needs with manufacturing considerations during the development process.
  • Monitor key product creation milestones and address risks that may affect delivery.
  • Drive clear handovers between product creation, engineering and manufacturing activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Manager, Footwear Product Creation should have:

  • Strong capability in footwear product creation and development activities.
  • Practical understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience coordinating product development work from concept to production readiness.
