Job Description

As a Total Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the overall Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing operations.
  • Drive quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage and develop a team of quality professionals, fostering a high-performance and quality-focused culture.
  • Lead ISO standards implementation, audits, corrective actions, and quality assurance programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
  • Utilize data analytics, root cause analysis, and quality metrics to drive business decisions and performance improvements.
  • Achieve maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and best value.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Total Quality Manager should have:

  • 8+ years manufacturing and engineering or related experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership experience managing quality teams and developing talent.
  • Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and compliance.
  • Proven capability in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor quality performance and drive data-based decisions.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
