Job Description

  • Manage banking relationships and lead financing activities, including loans and credit facilities
  • Ensure effective cash flow and liquidity management with optimised funding structure
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks
  • Develop and enforce customer credit policies; manage receivables and collections
  • Oversee treasury operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Manage insurance programmes, ensuring adequate and cost-effective risk coverage
  • Deliver accurate treasury reporting and provide financial insights for business decisions
  • Lead, coach, and develop the treasury team to drive performance and capability



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
  • Proven experience in treasury or finance, including managerial exposure in multinational environments
  • Strong knowledge of banking, cash management, and financial risk management
  • Experience in credit control, receivables management, and financing structures
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
