Responsible for delivering the "Annual Budget Targets" (top line, bottom line, sales volumes), driving CSI and market share for the assigned Country / Cluster through dedicated teams across the cluster. Continuously review and monitor monthly performance of shipments and retail, execution of "Annual Business Plan" in all respects including CSI, DSI, NPS, Network plan, CPAS Score, etc., , track the competition, monitor emerging trends in the market, observe the macro-economic environment and provide guidance to TML and channel teams. Drive all tactical branding, retail promotion, online promotion, etc. as means to achieve targets.
