Job Description

Reporting directly to senior leadership, the successful candidate will lead the organization's digital transformation agenda while identifying opportunities to modernize business processes through automation, AI, and data analytics.Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the company's digital transformation and automation roadmap.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement technology-driven solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy automation applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Build and implement AI-powered solutions and intelligent workflows to drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development of business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting capabilities using Power BI.
  • Establish data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility across business functions.
  • Oversee the administration, security, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth and scalability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on digital strategy, automation, and AI adoption.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • + years of experience in digital transformation, automation, business process improvement, or enterprise technology roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Proven track record of delivering automation projects that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Experience developing AI-enabled solutions, intelligent workflows, or enterprise productivity tools.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, dashboard development, and data modeling.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, governance, and security best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging AI technologies.
