Job Description

As a BD Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
  • Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful BD Manager should have:

  • A strong background in 5-10 years sales or business development within the Institutional cleaning solutions industry.
  • Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or the healthcare sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • A strategic mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in endoscopy, cssd, infection prevention is preferred
