Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all finance operations for Vietnam, including accounting, reporting, complicance and controls.
  • Oversee all finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead the monthly closing process and support regional reporting requirements.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to evaluate business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.
  • Manage cash flow, receivables, and overall financial governance.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal control standards, and local statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate audits, tax matters, and external reporting obligations.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
  • Coach and develop the local finance team while supporting business growth initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
  • Experience working within multinational or international business environments.
  • Strong background in financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and business partnering.
  • Proven people management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English and Vietnamese communication skills.
