Job Description

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans; closely monitor performance and provide actionable variance analysisLead and oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and full compliance with VAS and IFRS
  • Take ownership of cash flow planning and treasury management, ensuring optimal liquidity while building and maintaining strong relationships with local and international banking partners
  • Design and implement foreign exchange risk management strategies, including hedging solutions, to protect margins in an export-driven business environment
  • Ensure full compliance with all tax regulations, manage statutory reporting, and lead external audit processes to uphold transparency and governance standards
  • Partner closely with operations and production teams to enhance costing models, monitor manufacturing costs, analyse variances, and evaluate capital investments
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team through coaching, capability building, and succession planning, while fostering cross-functional collaboration

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing and at least 5 years of leadership experience in managing finance teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing
  • Professional certification (Chief Accountant, ACCA, CPA, or CMA)
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proven experience in banking relationships, export payments, and cash flow management
  • Strong communication skills and good command of English
