Job Description

As a General Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organisational goals and revenue targets.
  • Overseeing the Sales department's daily operations and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Media & Agency industry.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve peak performance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful General Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of the FMCG/B2B Service & Solution Leaders industry and its market dynamics.
  • Proven experiences in sales leadership and team management.
