Job Description

As a Head of HR Operation, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute Total Rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and salary review frameworks.
  • Lead market benchmarking, job architecture, grading structures, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Drive HR governance, process excellence, and continuous improvement across people operations.
  • Establish and monitor people-related KPIs and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Oversee General Affairs operations, including workplace services, vendor management, facilities, and employee support programs.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting related to employee expenses and operational costs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR Operation should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience within large multinational organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing people strategies that support business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Resilient, strategic, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
