With ambitious expansion plans and a strong market position, the company is seeking a strategic Investor Relations leader to partner with senior management and strengthen engagement with the investment community.

Job Description

As Head of Investor Relations & Capital Markets, your responsibilities are:

  • Lead all investor relations and capital markets activities, serving as a key external representative of the business.
  • Partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership team on shareholder engagement and strategic communications.
  • Develop compelling investor presentations, financial materials, and equity story narratives.
  • Manage relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, investment banks, legal advisors, and other capital markets stakeholders.
  • Support pre-IPO readiness initiatives and contribute to future public market activities.
  • Translate business and financial performance into clear and attractive investment propositions.
  • Coordinate shareholder communications and maintain strong engagement across a broad investor base.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Of Investor Relations & Capital Markets should have:

  • 10-15 years of experience within banking, financial services, or capital markets environments.
  • Strong exposure to Equity Capital Markets and investor-facing responsibilities.
  • Proven track record supporting IPO preparation and ideally post-listing investor relations activities.
  • Experience engaging with investment bankers, institutional investors, legal advisors, and multiple shareholder groups.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to communicate complex business performance clearly and persuasively.
  • Executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to represent the company externally.
  • High-potential, commercially minded professional looking to take on a highly visible leadership role.
