Job Description

As a Supply Chain Head, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead strategic sourcing and supplier development across Vietnam and Asia.
  • Strengthen existing supplier relationships and expand the manufacturing network.
  • Manage supplier qualification, audits, negotiations, and performance reviews.
  • Own demand planning, purchasing, inventory targets, and production scheduling.
  • Manage purchase orders, production progress, supplier issues, and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee international freight, customs, and inbound logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs requirements.
  • Optimize supplier pricing, landed costs, inventory turns, and working capital.
  • Develop scalable procedures, planning tools, reports, and supply chain KPIs.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Head should have:

  • Proven end-to-end supply chain leadership experience.
  • Strong sourcing and manufacturing exposure across Vietnam and Asia.
  • Good knowledge of supplier networks and manufacturing hubs in both markets.
  • Experience in planning, procurement, inventory, international logistics, and customs.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and cost-optimization capabilities.
  • Hands-on and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently.
  • Capable of building systems, processes, and a future regional team.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language capability would be advantageous.
