This is a standalone HR leadership role supporting a commercial organization of approximately 50 employees, focusing on B2B and B2C trading operations in Vietnam. The successful candidate will balance strategic HR partnering with hands-on execution across all HR functions.

The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting business objectives while enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

* Report to Regional HR base in India

* Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to the Country Leadership Team and key stakeholders.

* Align HR strategies and people initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities.

* Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding activities.

* Manage the performance management cycle, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.

* Coach managers on people management, employee relations, and performance improvement strategies.

* Drive employee engagement, communication, and culture-building programs.

* Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration, HR compliance, and labor law requirements.

* Manage HR systems, employee records, reporting, and governance processes.

* Support organizational development and change management initiatives as required.

* Ensure efficient HR operations and administration across the employee lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including broad HR generalist exposure.

* At least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role supporting commercial, sales, or customer-facing functions.

* Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and labor compliance.

* Experience working in multinational environments is highly preferred.

* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to work closely with senior leaders.

* Hands-on, agile, and comfortable operating in a lean organization where strategic and operational responsibilities are equally important.

* Able to work independently in a standalone HR role, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.

* Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
