About Our Client

An established international law firm is looking to appoint a Vietnamese-qualified lawyer to strengthen its corporate practice in Vietnam.

Job Description

  • Advise international and foreign-invested clients on corporate, commercial, investment, and regulatory matters
  • Support the Senior and Partner to handle a range of M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructuring, and investment projects
  • Prepare and review commercial agreements and provide legal advice
  • Research Vietnamese legislation and provide practical, commercially focused legal advice
  • Collaborate with local and international lawyers on cross-border matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Vietnamese-qualified lawyer
  • Solid experience from a reputable law firm or legal practice
  • Background in corporate, M&A, foreign investment, or commercial advisory
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Good legal drafting, research, analytical, and client-management skills
  • Comfortable handling matters independently while working within a team
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
