Job Description

  • Conduct legal research and analyse laws, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Draft and review contracts, legal memoranda, corporate documents, and legal advice.
  • Assist with M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and investment projects.
  • Participate in legal due diligence exercises and transaction support.
  • Liaise with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare client alerts, newsletters, and seminar materials.
  • Support senior lawyers across a range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, University of Economics and Law (HCMC), Hanoi Law University, or the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (Hanoi)
  • 4+ years of legal experience, preferably gained within a reputable law firm.
  • Exposure to corporate, M&A, investment, or commercial matters.
  • Strong drafting and communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service.
