Job Description

As a Legal Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead legal due diligence, contract drafting, negotiation, and execution support for real estate acquisitions, investments, leasing, and development projects.
  • Provide legal advice on industrial real estate, land, construction, and regulatory matters while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Manage corporate governance, licensing, and compliance matters, and liaise with relevant authorities and external counsel.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks, handle disputes when required, and provide commercially practical solutions to support business objectives.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across investment, development, finance, and asset management functions to support strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • A qualified Vietnamese lawyer with a valid practicing certificate is preferred.
  • 8-12 years of post-qualification legal experience.
  • Strong experience in Industrial Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate / Property Development / Real Estate Investments
  • Candidates from reputable law firms with significant real estate experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience supporting foreign-invested enterprises and cross-border transactions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis-management capabilities.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
