About Our Client

My client is a fast-growing international manufacturing company based in Binh Duong, with ambitious expansion plans and continued investment in its operations in Vietnam.

Job Description

  • Lead all finance operations, including accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, cash flow, tax, and risk management, ensuring compliance with VAS and local regulations.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to operational leaders, providing financial insights and supporting business planning, decision-making, and long-term growth.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the finance team, overseeing performance, coaching, employee development, and day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure robust financial controls, statutory reporting, corporate compliance, and timely, accurate financial statements in line with reporting deadlines.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives by improving financial systems, processes, policies, and supporting ERP implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Chief Accountant certificate is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including people management.
  • Manufacturing finance background with strong knowledge of inventory management, costing, and technical accounting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills with the ability to work independently and drive improvements.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
