Job Description

Build and strengthen relationships with strategic prospects to understand needs and deliver solutions within agreed project scopes.
Coordinate business development initiatives aligned with the company's growth strategy.
Evaluate opportunities, prepare bid proposals with the team, negotiate with potential clients, and maintain long‑term customer partnerships to secure projects.
Engage new prospects, identify their requirements, and demonstrate how company solutions can address their challenges to expand the client base.
Deliver product presentations and workshops, educate prospects on solutions, and address objections to support business development.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, manage target accounts or assigned territories, and actively pursue new opportunities.

The Successful Applicant



Practical experience leading and executing processes, projects, or operational activities.
Broad technical or professional knowledge and understanding of how work impacts other areas of the organisation.
University degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
