Job Description

  • Market Expansion: Drive project growth in SEA; build pipeline and increase market share through opportunity identification and cross-division collaboration.
  • Proposals & Pricing: Develop competitive, cost-effective proposals using modular solutions and market-based pricing strategies.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Execute tailored sales strategies and lead negotiations to secure profitable deals.
  • Key Account Management: Manage SEA key accounts, build long-term relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to support business decisions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM data for effective tracking, reporting, and project management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to align strategies and unlock opportunities.
  • Brand & Events: Strengthen brand presence through customer engagement, events, and industry activities.



The Successful Applicant

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering; industry experience preferred (paper industry a plus). Minimum 5+ years in sales; SEA market exposure is an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written); Vietnamese is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and relationship-building skills; solid understanding of market analysis, sales strategy, and project management.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, able to work independently and handle pressure.
