Job Description

As a Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
  • Conducting legal research to support case strategies and client needs.
  • Managing and resolving disputes effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Representing clients in legal proceedings and negotiations where required.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and their implications.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Associate should have:

  • A qualified Vietnamese lawyer with approximately 10 - 12 years of experience and strong academic credentials.
  • Experience in providing legal advice and handling complex cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to staying current with legal trends and practices.
  • English fluency
