Job Description

As a Senior HR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
  • Managing compensation, benefits, and payroll processes effectively.
  • Advising on employee relations and resolving workplace issues professionally.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Driving performance management and employee engagement programmes.
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating development programmes.
  • Collaborating with leadership to foster a productive and inclusive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Taiwanese nationality preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Previous working experience in Vietnam is required.
  • Open to candidates at Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor regulations and HR operations.
  • Willing to relocate to Vietnam if currently based overseas.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is highly advantageous.
