Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and managing procurement and supply chain operations to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to optimise inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Overseeing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to ensure quality and value.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.
  • Monitoring logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Leading and mentoring the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain operations within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
