Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations during the hiring process.
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promoting the company's employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to the recruitment team to enhance their performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
  • A thorough understanding of labor laws and hiring practices in Tan Uyen, Binh Duong.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
