Job Description

  • Understand project requirements, including industry focus and expertise needs

  • Identify potential experts through online platforms, databases, and professional networks
  • Engage with candidates via various communication channels
  • Assess and screen experts for relevance and experience
  • Coordinate scheduling of consultations between clients and experts
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified experts
  • Track progress against project goals and performance metrics

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Expert Recruiter should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in client-facing, recruitment, or sales-related roles (3-5 years)
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability to work in structured, target-driven environments
  • Strong research and problem-solving capabilities
