Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the cement and concrete admixture business
  • Manage nationwide B2B sales, focusing on cement plants and ready-mix customers
  • Expand and optimise the distributor network to increase market coverage
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and support major commercial deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team for performance excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Construction Materials, or related field
  • 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in cement, concrete, or admixture solutions
  • Strong understanding of cement or concrete admixture applications and market dynamics
  • Proven track record in managing distributors and key industrial accounts
  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel nationwide
